I am a returning OIF veteran with a 40% disability.  I lost my job and am now looking for work, and in danger of losing our home to foreclosure.  We have a loan modification agreement in place however the lender requires us to provide the amount of $3,194.95 by August 31st or proceedings leading to the sale of the house will go forward.

I am a recent college graduate and still serving in the National Guard.  I will also be starting my Master's degree next week.  I have worked extremely hard to get to where I am at and am now in danger of losing everything.  We have a foundation for future income in place where there will not be a repeat of this situation.  I am also optimistic given my education and experience that I will find work soon.  I have a son who will turn 3 next week and this is the only home he knows and it would be devistating to him to lose it.
